某项目使用中控JX-300X系统。用户自行增加一单回路后,无输出。投自动时会自动跳回手动状态。经检查程序,发现用户增加的自定义回路,回路编号为09;而BSC模块中,模拟量输出对应的模块为08。而08自定义回路组态后前期并未实际应用。因此用户在回路程序段中发现前期使用的回路号为07,便自行将08回路号将在本次增加的BSC模块内。因此,在组态下载后,回路与实际输出并未一一对应,因此发生本次故障。将程序中BCS模块的回路编号更改为09,编译下载后正常。

1.将两块主控卡依次重新插在相邻控制站主控卡位置,主控卡指示灯正常显示,排除主控卡本身硬件故障。
