AI点也就是模拟量输入点,常见的故障主要有IOP-、IOP+、HL、HH、LO、LL等报警出现。出现IOP-时是提示整个测量回路出现了断路报警,此时此模拟量点会底色变红并保持不变,处理的办法就是检查整个测量回路找到断路位置重新接好即可恢复,作业过程中的注意事项为此点如为关键联锁点则应打至效验位置避免j进行检查过程中出现大幅跳变造成联锁动作。IOP+报警代表测量信号不正常现场元件提供给DCS的信号是DCS无法识别的,此类问题的解决办法检查现场测量元件的输出信号,使输出信号符合DCS的接入要求即可。对于出现HL、HH、LO、LL等报警时可能情况有两种,一是工艺原因造成信号波动后报警属于正常报警,另外一种情况是报警值设置不合理,此时需要工艺车间重新给出报警值仪表人员配合报警变更。还有AI点测量值和就地表无法一致的问题,此类问题主要是量程设置问题保证量程设置准确即可。对于一些流量类的AI点还可能存在累计量的问题,如值不累计或者超限后清零的问题,此类问题主要是检查仪表值是否正常累计参数设置是否正常即可。

AO点即模拟量输出点常见的故障为OOP输出开路报警,此类问题的现象是控制回路不受控制,此时应及时检查AO整体回路找到断路点并及时恢复即可。如果是卡件通道烧毁更换通道即可,通道更换后如果还不能正常工作则应整体更换AO卡件。作业过程的注意事项为AO点所控制测量回路切到就地控制,避免在检查过程中出现的AO信号波动引起的工艺波动。还有一种常见的问题就是AO卡件是冗余配置的,在AO的输出回路中存在电感类或负载阻值较大的情况,此时出现的故障主要是冗余卡键单卡死卡,此类问题的解决办法是解决控制回路的内的阻值过大问题,回路内并接电阻。
